Features:
The machine is designed for two-grade feeding blade. The first-grade feed the raw materials into the bucket; the second-grade blade swiftly promotes the raw material to the top of the bucket from its bottom and then throws them to the bottom in a manner of umbrella shape. The heating wind came out from the central bottom of the bucket, spreading to the environment around. It penetrates the moving materials for heat exchange and drying.
Due to ceaseless rollover in the bucket and the heating wind being constantly conveyed, the raw material can be mixed in terms of color and for the purpose of drying. In case that you don’t need dry-up function, you only need to press the “top�button. This function is available for both grain materials and powder materials.
The bucket has two-layer walls, with the heat resistance plate in the middle.
The inner walls, blades, shafts, buckets, brackets, pecks are all made of stainless steel.
In case of any need of change in color, you can press the reverse button and the start button to activate the fans to convey wind, which is to clean up the bucket.
